It's hard to see, but the one on the right is a Long Path game:
- It says, "Collect the tools and drive to the Construction Site."
- Dump truck movers
- 1-2 dice
- Little button tools
- It has "Take a tool" spaces and the tools fit into the bed of the dump trucks.
The one on the top left is the Short Path game:
- It says "Take the tool to the toolbox."
- Tiny tools glued to spools to act as movers
- 1, 1-3 die
- Hand painted wooden boxes to look like toolboxes
- You could add more tools to take to the toolbox for more of a challenge; or switch to a 1-6 die.
- This is ideal for children who are beginning to quantify and aren't ready for a long path game yet.
The one on the bottom left is a Grid game:
- You roll the die and cover the corresponding amount of spaces until your board is completely covered.
- Ideal for children beginning to count!
- Use a 1-3 die
- Different kinds of rocks as covers (make sure they cover the grid spaces completely, but aren't too big to overlap to the next space)
- I used construction vehicle stickers as spaces, but you can print pictures off from online to use as spaces.
